Where do the positive achievements of our Montezuma student-athletes and a clean, positive internet website come together?

On the “Montezuma Sports” page of the www.clownsiniowa.com website.

My wife, Linda, and I invite you to partner with us in making our website an even greater asset for residents in our community, former Montezuma residents across Iowa, and Montezuma graduates around the nation and overseas.

I began the “Montezuma Sports” page on our website in the fall of 2007 to provide a vehicle for getting varsity sports results out to the public on a next-day, immediate basis. I also felt my many years of experience as a writer would help to provide in-depth, positive coverage of our student-athletes. I believe it is a positive influence they and others can enjoy and benefit from.

My wife and I are also known as LuLu and LeRoy, the Kingdom Klowns of Iowa. We are Christian and family entertainers.

While the rest of the website has a Christian influence, we have designed it to make the “Montezuma Sports” page a separate entity people can access. Viewers certainly are welcome to visit the rest of the site. But they can bypass it if they wish, and go right to the sports page.

There is cost involved in doing this. There is a monthly fee to have a website. Also, I spend a good deal of time gathering information and preparing to post it to the site. There is some mileage.

Overall, the cost to produce “Montezuma Sports” isn’t great – but we could use your help in meeting this cost. 

If you share the view that this site is an asset, I invite you to help out. A small investment - $1, $2 - even $5 - is appreciated.  A special gift, or a little something every now and then, would also be appreciated!
